About Priya
I am a holistic and human-centred leadership facilitator, coach, and people consultant, dedicated to empowering leaders and organisations to thrive in today’s complex and ever-changing business landscape. With over 20 years of diverse experience across multinational corporations, government bodies, and start-ups, I have built a career centred on delivering transformative leadership, organisational development, and strategic initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have held pivotal roles driving organisational growth and success. I have designed and implemented frameworks for leadership and team effectiveness at scale, contributing to the growth of dynamic, high-performing organisations. I have also supported large business units as a strategic HR partner during periods of rapid transformation, spearheaded learning and development programmes, and facilitated people-centred strategies to align teams with business goals.
As a business owner today, I integrate my corporate expertise with a holistic and human-centred approach, helping leaders, teams, and organisations navigate complexity, embrace change, and unlock their potential.
Why Holistic?
My approach integrates timeless wisdom, evidence-based practices, and holistic methodologies to support sustainable growth and transformation. I am an Associate Member of the CIPD, an accredited coach, a certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator, and hold a Certificate in Counselling from the Institute of Counselling UK.
Drawing on techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness practices, and counselling, I address cognitive, emotional, and physical dimensions of leadership and development.
By combining practical tools with holistic practices, I support leaders and organisations in fostering resilience, enhancing decision-making, and connecting with their inner wisdom, resulting in meaningful and lasting outcomes.
