With an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Isman’s career has included senior marketing leadership roles at MediaMath and Tapad-Telenor, where he led regional strategies across Asia Pacific. Transitioning to leadership development, Isman served as Associate Consulting Director at BTS, where he designed and facilitated leadership and innovation programs for clients across APAC and beyond.
Isman’s certifications include ATD Master Trainer, Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, Agile Certified Coach, ScrumMaster, and Organisational & Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global). These qualifications, combined with his practical experience, enable him to deliver impactful and tailored leadership development initiatives.

His work with organisations like Sime Darby and Bank Negara Malaysia has focused on leadership development and successor readiness for senior teams.
In addition, Isman has led agile transformation and innovation workshops for global clients such as MTN Group, Roche, and Unilever. His ability to adapt to different cultural and organisational contexts allows him to deliver impactful interventions for both regional and global teams, ensuring sustainable outcomes for individuals and organisations.
